About Almost Related

Almost Related is a South Austin-based band bringing Americana, classic rock 'n' roll, blues-rock, and pop-rock to venues in the greater ATX area.

The music started as a duo between Greg Fey and Alex Merian. In 2023, Erin Hood joined on keyboard and the name "Almost Related" was born. Dave Barron joined on drums in 2024, followed by Bryan Anthony on bass in 2026.

Their live shows are family-friendly, blending original songs with covers of fan favorites--music made for singing along and dancing.
